St. Hippolytus

But there's a mystery that still fascinates visitors today: it’s said that the face of the young Saint Ippolito, painted inside the church, bears a striking resemblance to a young Raphael! Some believe that, while still an apprentice in his master’s workshop, the great artist may have left a self-portrait here. Could it really be him?
